North Yorkshire Police said the incident happened over a four-day period between July 31 and August 3 and saw electric cables being stolen.
Officers believe the burglary happened between 10pm and 2am and the suspects may have used a vehicle to transport the stolen items.
A force statement said:
We believe that the suspects have removed cable from various parts of the hospital and may have used a vehicle to transport the stolen items.
We are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the hospital grounds or any suspicious vehicles in the area during this time.
