A holiday park near Knaresborough has been granted planning permission to open a caravan showground on its premises.
Kingfisher Caravan Park at Scotton will create three pitches for display caravans, as well as parking for five cars, on a small part of its land.

Before and after plans show how the site will change.
The planning application was only submitted by the park’s owner, Park Holidays UK Ltd, in August, but was approved today after North Yorkshire Council received no objections.
Kingfisher Caravan Park is a family-run holiday park with around 100 static homes, as well as camping pitches, ponds, fruit trees and a nature reserve.
