Man fights back after three men threaten with knife in Knaresborough
Police are appealing for information after a man was threatened with a knife by three other males in Knaresborough.
The attempted robbery happened at around 10.30pm on August 7, on Wetherby Road near the Lido.
Acording to a North Yorkshire Police statement today (August 10), the victim challenged the suspects, who fled the scene empty handed. He was hurt in the process, and went to hospital for treatment of the minor injuries.
Police are appealing for information about the incident, in particular seeking eye-witnesses or CCTV that may have captured the attempted robbery.
