Two injured after crash on A1(M) near Boroughbridge
Two people were left injured after a crash on the A1(M) near Boroughbridge.
North Yorkshire Police said the incident happened on Saturday (October 10) at 12.19pm at junction 48.
Officers said the crash involved a Ford Ranger towing a caravan and a Toyota Yaris.
One of the drivers suffered a broken wrist and a passenger from the same vehicle suffered a suspected fractured rib.
All occupants have now been discharged from hospital, the force said.
A police statement added:
The road was closed for a number of hours while we investigated the scene and to allow the vehicles involved to be recovered.
We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicles prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.
