Harrogate Theatre

At the heart of Harrogate’s culture scene is the theatre, opened at the very beginning of the twentieth century. Through hard times and major refurbishments, the theatre has thrived in recent years, with the annual pantomime considered a must-see for local residents.

Directions to the Railway Station (approx. 3.5 minute walk):

  • Walk to the end of Oxford Street and keep on the right-hand side.
  • Turn right up Beulah Street with its wrought iron entrance arch. As you walk up Beulah Street, there are plenty of cafes to stop at for a coffee.
  • At the top of Beulah Street, you reach Cambridge Street and the Victoria Shopping Centre. Bear left and then immediately right onto Station Parade.
  • Don’t cross the road though; stop when you are opposite the main entrance to the station across the road on Station Square.
