Harrogate man denies exposing himself at local leisure centres
A Harrogate man has denied exposing himself at local leisure centres.
David Hullah, 39, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court this afternoon (May 28) when he pleaded not guilty to three counts of exposure.
According to the charge sheet, Mr Hullah is accused of intentionally exposing his genitals at The Academy Leisure Centre, now known as David Lloyd Harrogate, in January 2016.
He is also alleged to have intentionally exposed his genitals on two separate occasions in January last year, both of which are said to have happened at The Harrogate Leisure and Wellbeing Hub, formerly known as The Hydro.
The charge sheet alleges Mr Hullah intended someone would see his genitals and feel alarmed at the time.
The case was adjourned for a one-and-a-half-day trial, which will begin on September 10 and resume on September 17.
Mr Hullah, of Skipton Road in Harrogate, was released on conditional bail until then.
