The miles-long procession is due back in Knaresborough at around 4pm.
Each driver pays £25 to take part and passengers pay £15, all to raise funds for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
The first Knaresborough Tractor Run was held in 2012 and featured just 16 tractors, but numbers have grown each year, and today’s event was expected to attract about 400.
The Stray Ferret was there this morning to see the convoy set off.
