A Harrogate company has applied to convert an office space into housing.
The Snooty Frox, a women's clothing boutique, has submitted the plans to North Yorkshire Council.
The site is located at 1 Hookstone Avenue, neighboring the shop at 34-36 Hookstone Road.
In 2018 the property was converted from a three bedroomed residential house to office and welfare spaces.
Now, the company has applied to change back the class E use as offices into housing, C3 class, and the plans say that no major works are required to complete the changes.
The site area measures 133 square metres and according to the planning documents three full-time staff members and two part-time staff work at the space.
The planning documents state that:
Business has now downsized, and all staff are being relocated - no-one has been made redundant.
The Stray Ferret contacted the company for further details but did not receive a response by time of publication.
