A Harrogate man has denied a string of alleged child sex offences including rape.
Elwyn Taylor, 63, of Skipton Road, appeared at York Crown Court today (March 10) when his case was adjourned for a trial in February next year.
Mr Taylor is charged with 14 separate counts of alleged sexual offences which are said to have occurred between 1996 and 2006. He denies all 14 allegations.
It’s alleged that he committed an act of gross indecency with a young boy and indecently assaulted the same child.
He is also accused of six counts of indecently assaulting a young girl and two counts of gross indecency with the same child.
He’s also charged with three counts of sexually assaulting a girl under 13 years of age and one count of raping the same child.
