Harrogate Self Care Week is to return in the new year.
Following the inaugural event this year, the initiative will return on January 20.
Organised by Harrogate Business Improvement District, the event offers a week-long programme of events, the majority of which will be free.
The week fives Harrogate people the chance to empower their health and elevate wellbeing with a series of themed classes, sessions and workshops.
The launch event will be held at Turkish Baths Harrogate, where visitors can experience the Frigidarium, steam room, heated chambers and plunge pool.
Bethany Allen, operations and projects executive at Harrogate BID, said:
Start the new year in the right way and shake off that busy Christmas period by working on your body, soul and mind and take part in the series of super sessions we’ve got planned.

She added:
We had a fantastic response to the sessions earlier this year and received some highly positive feedback from both the partners we worked with and those that took part.
Harrogate is a world-renowned spa town that has been supporting self-care and wellbeing for centuries. So, what better way to kick off the year in our town than working on a healthy, happy mind.
The first self care week in January included sessions with coaches in yoga, Pilates, Thai Chi, facemask making and a sound bath therapy class.
The 2025 event will see the return of some favourites from this year, along with new introductions.
The Stray Ferret approached the Harrogate BID for further details.
It said the programme of events and locations will be announced in the new year.
