A new dental and aesthetic clinic has opened in Harrogate.
Dentozen is a private dental and skin clinic with two other practices in Leeds and London.
The clinic, in the former Advantage Sports unit on Oxford Street, had its first operational day yesterday (October 10).
The building has undergone a £400,000 refurbishment which took three months to complete.
The clinic has three surgical rooms and plans to introduce out of hours and emergency dentistry.
Dentozen during refurbishment
Dentozen offers cosmetic dental services including veneers, Invisalign and bonding. There is also an aesthetics room due to open soon for skin treatments.
Dentist Dr Tahir Hussain told the Stray Ferret the clinic aims to “bridge the gap to make private treatment affordable without scrimping on the quality of care".
He added:
We want to bring a high level of care and a great vibe to Harrogate. People here are looking for this sort of thing and it is often associated with big cities.
We use world class techniques from Dubai and Brazil and will bring them to Harrogate.
It is a great environment and doesn’t feel too clinical, it feels like a spa or a coffee shop vibe.
Receptionist Ellie Schaiper told the Stray Ferret that Dentozen is currently taking on new patients but initially at a reduced capacity.
