Plans to create three new town centre apartments have been submitted to North Yorkshire Council.
Planning documents show that the flats would be located on Oxford Street, above Jespers of Harrogate’s stationary shop.
The space is currently used as offices and the applicant, Ashridge Ventures Limited, has applied for a change of use to create two apartments on the first floor and another on the second floor.

The planning documents state:
The proposed development would create a single one-bed flat and two two-bed flats. There is no parking provided as part of the change of use.
The retail unit and business will remain unaffected.
North Yorkshire Council will make a decision on the proposals at a later date.
