Police ‘urgently searching’ for missing man in Harrogate

North Yorkshire Police has launched an urgent missing person appeal.

Police are looking for 33-year-old Nicholas Paterson, who was last seen in the Claro Road area of Harrogate at 1.35pm today (December 21).

He was wearing a khaki green tracksuit and blue trainers, the force said, adding he “may have blood on his hands”.

Today’s statement added:

We are extremely concerned for his welfare. If you see him or know where he is, do not approach him, but please call North Yorkshire Police on 999 immediately, quoting NYP-21122024-0245.
