Rated: How do patients feel about GP practices in the Harrogate district?
Each year, patients have their say on how they feel local GP practices are performing.
The GP Patient Survey, which is an independent survey commissioned by NHS England, is completed by thousands of people across England. The idea is to show how people feel about their local practice.
Each practice is rated on how easy it is to contact, whether reception staff were helpful and whether they have had offered enough support from local services or organisations in the last 12 months to manage conditions or illnesses.
