A woman was sexually assaulted by a man she was helping in Harrogate last Friday (April 25).
North Yorkshire Police today said the incident, which occurred at 1.45pm, happened in the St Mary’s Walk area of the town.
The force added a man “grabbed a woman’s backside” when she went over to help him pick up items he had dropped on the floor.
Police are now appealing for information from anyone who may have been in the area or witnessed the incident.
