Yorkshire Shepherdess and star of Channel 5's 'Our Yorkshire Farm', Amanda Owen, is set to judge a Harrogate dog show this year.
Amanda, who judged last year's event, will return to the town as part of Harrogate Business Improvement District’s annual dog show.
The show will see a range of events and classes all held on the piazza outside the Victoria Shopping Centre next month.
Matthew Chapman, chief executive of Harrogate Business Improvement District (BID), said today:
The Harrogate Dog Show is an event that’s growing in popularity year-on-year, with last year’s category spaces selling out super quickly!
We’re honoured to have the chance to work alongside a nationally renowned star like Amanda and we can’t wait to deliver another successful event for not only our BID Members, but our town as a whole.
The BID said entries are on a first-come-first-served basis and each category will be announced over the coming weeks.
This year’s event will also feature a pop-up pet-themed market in the town centre.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available, the BID said, and members can email info@harrogatebid.co.uk for more information.
Harrogate Dog Show will be held on April 12.
