A burglar caused significant damage to the roof of Knaresborough Golf Club during a recent break-in.
North Yorkshire Police said in a statement today the crime happened between 5.20am and 5.25am on Monday, December 9.
The constabulary issued this CCTV image of a man officers would like to speak to about the incident.
The statement said:
It happened at Knaresborough Golf Club and involved a man climbing in through the roof, causing substantial damage to the property costing approximately £1,000 to £1,500.
He also stole a till draw float with £100 inside.
