Emergency services called after car overturns near Brimham Rocks
Emergency services were called after a car overturned near Brimham Rocks.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service’s incident log said Harrogate and Knaresborough crews were called to the 'Brimham Rocks area' at 10.39pm last night (April 8).
The fire service, which later told the Stray Ferret the incident happened on Brimham Rocks Road, had received a report from the police of a single-vehicle collision.
When firefighters arrived, they saw the car had overturned but all three occupants were out.
The fire service said two people were uninjured but one of the occupants was transported to hospital for further treatment.
However, Yorkshire Ambulance Service later told the Stray Ferret none of the occupants were conveyed to hospital.
A spokesperson said:
We received an emergency call at 10.37pm last night (Tuesday 8 April) to report a single-vehicle collision on Brimham Rocks Road in Harrogate, and ambulance resources were dispatched to the scene. Three patients were checked over at the scene but did not need to be conveyed to hospital.
