Firefighters were called after a youth got stuck on the roof of a toilet block in Ripon.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service’s incident log said a crew from Ripon was called to the scene at 5.49pm yesterday (April 15).
It added the youth had “become stuck” on the roof of the public toilets and firefighters had to use a triple extension ladder to rescue them from the first-storey roof.
A spokesperson for the fire service later told the Stray Ferret the incident happened on Park Street. They did not disclose the exact location, but there is a public toilet block in Ripon Spa Gardens, which is just off Park Street.
Firefighters were at the scene for around five minutes, the fire service added.
