We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail manager who has a natural confidence and leadership skills, and a passion to build on something very special.
The popular and very busy Emporium Store is located on Cold Bath Road, in the town centre of Harrogate, and would suit a manager who demonstrates a love of sustainable fashion and who thrives in a fast-paced, and unpredictable environment.
As champion for our customer and donor experience, the manager will lead a team of staff and volunteers to provide exceptional service, a ‘stand out’ welcoming and friendly shop to visit or work, and beautiful windows that would entice any new or regular customer to browse.
With a keen desire to and meet and exceed targets, we would love this role to provide a short shop plan with the help of our Area Manager and look at ways in which we can grow and enhance our amazing hospice charity store.
