The role will require someone to interact with an array of individuals through various forms of communication ensuring all matters are dealt with in the highest possible manner!
Duties to include:
- Conduct communication with clients via various platforms to include phone, email and live chat
- Take a proactive approach to any problems/ issues raised by customers
- Manage enquiries and action appropriately
- Provide product information, pricing and take payments
- Input data onto bespoke CRM
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous customer service experience, including those with experience in hospitality looking to transition into office based role
- Good understanding of customer satisfaction
- Confident IT skills
- Great written and verbal communication
- Desire for wanting to learn
This is a Monday to Friday role and offers a salary of £18,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to work with a great team and recognised business in Harrogate!
