Our fabulous client based in Harrogate is seeking a flexible and versatile DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER who will be responsible for the growth of the PPC, SEO and Affiliate channels.  Working closely with the development agency you will lead all website optimisations and drive a data driven approach to reporting and insight. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand.

Top 3 must haves:

Must be good with data, creating insight and monitoring marketing metrics.

Must have an excellent level of PPC, good level of SEO, any experience with affiliates is preferential and have experience optimising ecommerce websites.

International travel will be required for Quarterly Business Reviews (when appropriate).

Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategically develop and deliver marketing objectives by leading and developing all digital acquisition channels including PPC, SEO and Affiliate activity across multiple countries.

Take ownership of the websites. Design and develop the ecommerce optimisation plan and work with our external agency to deliver this plan efficiently.

Manage the significant budget and lead the day-to-day investment for a strong ROI.

Report on website performance and deliver insight on digital marketing channels.

Build a marketing plan around a clear growth strategy to boost sales, margins and customer retention.

Lead and execute Search Engine Optimisation strategy and coordinate the marketing team to deliver requirements.

Support the Social media team and CRM teams with appropriate and relevant insight on performance.

Liaise with external agencies and ensure projects are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

Be at the heart of the Marketing team driven customer acquisition channels.

Work closely with and report to the Marketing Director to deliver the marketing objectives.

Knowledge of Google data studio preferred but not essential.
