Summary: We have opportunities to join our team of Health Care Assistants working in the community, providing excellent palliative care and support in patients homes following patients care plans, and working closely with District Nurses.


Hours:                   40 hours per week (Part Time + Bank also required)

Shift Times:         8am-1pm, 1pm-5pm & 5pm -10pm – 7 days a week

Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking to be involved in providing care to patients within their own homes within your local community?

We have opportunities to join our team of Health Care Assistants working in the community, providing excellent palliative care and support in patients’ homes following patients’ care plans, and working closely with District Nurses.

Candidates will need to have experience of the care environment and understand patient-centered care and have the confidence to work independently within the community. Knowledge of infection prevention and control, safeguarding best practices, and health and safety will also be required in the role.

Candidates will need to have a driving license and access to their own vehicle to travel between patient addresses.

We are also looking for staff to work part-time and staff to work on the bank rota.
