Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer experience in accordance with RGI standards
- Understand customer needs through the development of strong relationships (Pre/Post sale)
- Identify opportunities and introduce value – add products & services
- Merchandise the showroom and rotate stock regularly based on sales performance
- Keep abreast of interior trends & emerging design themes
- To promote the “Buy Not Sell” culture
- Order samples & chase deliveries for the interior design team in Harrogate
- Update the team on order progress in weekly team meetings
- Report to the Retail Manager with weekly sales reports
- Maintain and tidy the showroom
- Lead by example

- Sales Target based on 5 day week and for 12 month period including VAT
