Harrogate's Myrings crowned top estate agents in the county

Harrogate-based estate agents Myrings has been recognised with five awards at one of the most prestigious award evenings for the UK's property sector.
The ESTAS Awards - now in its 21st year - took place on Friday, October 18 and Myrings brought home Gold in Residental Sales, Gold in Letting Agents (Landlords), Silver in Letting Agents (Tenants), FIA Agent of the Year and Best in County for Customer Service.
The winners were announced by the country’s favourite TV property presenter Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House in London in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The awards are powered by The ESTAS' customer review platform which identifies the top estate and letting agents for customer service, based on service ratings from homemovers who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent.
This year’s results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.
Phil Spencer has hosted the evening since its inception in 2003. Speaking on the night to the audience, he explained:
