Harrogate man, 18, pleads guilty to child pornography charges

A Harrogate man has pleaded guilty to seven child pornography offences.

Tyler Hall, of Wentworth Crescent, appeared at York Magistrates’ Court yesterday (June 4).

He was charged with one count of possessing a prohibited image of a child and six counts of making indecent images and videos of children.

The severity of the indecent content ranged from categories A to C. Category A content is the most extreme.

Court documents state Hall possessed one “extreme pornographic image” involving sex with an animal. 

Hall, who initially appeared in court on April 4, pleaded guilty to all the charges. 

He will be sentenced at York Magistrates’ Court on August 21.
