North Yorkshire Police is searching for a man following a theft outside a bank in Harrogate.
In a statement issued today (October 3), officers said the incident happened outside the Halifax bank on Oxford Street at 6.55pm on August 28.
The statement said the theft “involved a male suspect stealing a large amount of money from the victim".
Police published an image of a man they would like to speak to. They said:
