The public toilets near Ripon Library and the bus station have closed suddenly again.
The public conveniences, which include the city centre's only Changing Places toilet, reopened after a £175,000 refurbishment last year.
The Changing Places toilet remained open today for people with Radar keys but the men’s and women’s facilities were closed.
There were no signs explaining why, or how long the closure is expected to last.
The toilets last shut for nine days over New Year due to a blockage.
The Stray Ferret asked the council why the toilets were out of use this time and when they were expected to reopen..
A spokesperson said they are closed due to another blockage and a sign had been put up directing people to other public toilets near the cathedral and the Wakeman's House.
