Create your own basket

Learn the art of weaving a small English willow foraging basket using traditional basketry techniques on this course at The Limes art school in Weeton.

Fiona Arnold, a Yorkshire-based basket maker with a keen interest in historic baskets, will be leading the course. She runs Braythorne Baskets and her inspiration comes from historic paintings, old baskets and undertaking repairs, and paying homage to old designs.
