Careless driver admits seriously injuring two people in Fellbeck
A woman has admitted causing two people serious injury by careless or inconsiderate driving near Pateley Bridge.
Rachel Pyrah, 44, pleaded guilty to two counts of the offence at York Crown Court on Tuesday (December 8).
She appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court charged with the offences last month but requested her case be transferred to a crown court at the time.
The incident occurred when Pyrah was driving along the B6265 at Fellbeck without due care and attention on May 31, 2024.
Pyrah, of High Street in Caythorpe, Lincolnshire, will be sentenced at York Crown Court on January 22.
