Harrogate Town have extended Jacob Slater’s loan until the end of the season.
The Republic of Ireland under-21s international signed from Brighton at the start of the season and has made 15 appearances for Town since his arrival.
Left back Slater has been one of Harrogate’s bright spots this season, even throughout the club’s recent disastrous run of form.
The 21-year-old’s last game for Harrogate was away to Accrington at the end of December. He was not present for their 2-0 home loss against Tranmere on New Year’s Day.
With an already extensive list of absentees, Simon Weaver will hope Slater is available to face Crewe away on Saturday (January 10).
