A man has appeared in court charged with wounding with intent at M&S in Harrogate.
Robert Marshall, 53, of Osmondthorpe in Leeds, appeared before Harrogate Magistrates Court on Thursday (April 16) where he spoke to confirm his name, date of birth and address.
Mr Marshall is alleged to have unlawfully and maliciously wounded a named victim on September 24 last year at the Leeds Road store with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Magistrates adjourned the case to be heard at York Crown Court on May 11, 2026.
