The latest addition to Harrogate’s growing wellness sector is set to open next year.
Elethea Studios took to social media to announce its newest location, Cardale Park on the outskirts of the town, last week.
An official opening date has not yet been confirmed, but founder Holly Puddephatt revealed it will open mid-January.
Ms Puddephatt launched Elethea Studios just last year and the company has since opened three Reformer Pilates studios – York, Leeds and Wakefield – and amassed more than 17,000 Instagram followers.
Revealing the new location, Ms Puddephatt said:
I’m really excited to be here today to tell you about the next stages of growth for the Elethea Group, announcing that our next studio location is going to be opening in Harrogate in January 2026.
Now, if there’s one location where I’m constantly asked to bring a studio, it’s this one and I’ve been searching for the perfect spot… it’s everything you’d expect from an Elethea studio: an accessible location and parking on-site.

Ms Puddephatt added classes will be held daily and include evening and weekend classes.
“We’ve got an amazing instructor line-up, who are going to bring all the best vibes”, she said.
The post added:
A beautifully designed Reformer space with easy on-site parking, a schedule to meet every lifestyle (early mornings, lunchtime, evenings and weekends) and creative, dynamic classes, creating an overall experience you won’t find anywhere else.
At Elethea, it’s never just a workout...it's thoughtful programming, instructors who genuinely care, a warm inclusive atmosphere, and a true community that makes you feel at home from your very first class.
Harrogate, this is the Reformer studio experience you’ve been waiting for.
