Police seek Harrogate man wanted for three assaults
North Yorkshire Police has published a photo of a Harrogate man who is wanted in connection with three assaults.
In a statement today (August 20), the force said Russell Shaw “spends time in Harrogate, particularly the Bilton area, but also has links to Leeds and Somerset so he may be travelling around”.
Officers also appealed for help finding Chelsea Briggs, 30, who has links with Ripon and is wanted for prison recall.

Briggs also has links with York, and police said it was likely she was in the York area.
Anyone who sees either person is asked to call 999. If you have information about their whereabouts, call 101.
The police reference number for Shaw is 12250134996 and the reference number for Briggs is 12250150955.
