Tonight I simply stood and appreciated this icon. There’s been a lot of talk and debate about the Station Gateway scheme of late. But whatever it may or (may not) bring, this Harrogate icon really is so beautiful and cuts such a striking figure right in our town centre.

Please council don’t destroy it.

Please leave it alone to keep a watchful eye over this town for a long time to come yet.
