Two men have denied robbery in Harrogate.
Ethan Platt, 21, of no fixed abode, and Simon Winterburn, 56, of Ashfield Terrace, appeared at York Crown Court this morning (May 5) when they each denied an offence of robbery.
Mr Platt also denied one count of intentional strangulation and one count of assaulting an emergency worker.
North Yorkshire Police previously said the alleged robbery happened on Ashfield Terrace on March 25, when the men allegedly stole a bracelet.
A trial date has been set for August 12 this year.
