A woman has been charged with fraud by false representation in Harrogate.
Katherine Spain, who gave an address of Frances Street in York, appeared before Harrogate Magistrates Court on Friday (March 27).
Ms Spain, 33, was charged with making false representations, namely claiming to have sufficient qualifications for a role intending to gain.
The alleged offences happened in Harrogate between July 8, 2022, and May 25, 2023.
The case was sent to York Crown Court, where Ms Spain will appear for a hearing on May 4, 2026.
