Police have put up a cordon in Knaresborough due to an ongoing incident.
North Yorkshire Police issued a brief statement about at 10.25am this morning.
It said:
Officers are currently dealing with an incident on Marbled White Place in Knaresborough.
A cordon is in place, and the public are advised to avoid the area to allow officers to deal with the incident.
Marbled White Place is on the new Castle Gate estate, close to the Aldi on the A59. It is about one mile from the town centre.
