Bailiffs have repossessed a bakery and coffee shop in Harrogate town centre.
A forfeiture notice dated February 7 has been put in the window of the Secret Bakery, which is next to the train station on Station Parade.
It says the building was taken over by Parkinson Bailiff Services on behalf of landlord Northern Trains.
The notice says:
Under the terms and conditions of your lease we as authorised agents acting on behalf of the landlord have this day re-entered these premises and the lease is hereby determined.
Any attempt by you or your agents to enter the demised premises will result in criminal / civil proceedings being taken against you.

When the business opened in 2023, it became the third Secret Bakery to operate, alongside ventures on Knaresborough Road in Harrogate and Knaresborough.
Owners Jane and James Spencer said at the time they hoped it would prove popular with office staff, commuters and visitors to town.
The couple took over The Secret Bakery in October 2020, after it was originally founded in a domestic kitchen in the Saints area of Harrogate.
The Stray Ferret contacted Mr Spencer for further information about the repossession notice but he declined to reveal further details.
