Two women denied going into a house that was closed by a court order at Harrogate Magistrates Court on Thursday (June 5).
Kim Aylott, of Bramham Drive, and Julie Unwin, who gave the court an address on Skipton Road, have both been charged with entering a closed premises in contravention of a closure order.
Both denied the charge.
Ms Aylott, 39, and Ms Unwin, 33, are alleged to have entered 89 Bramham Drive, in the Jennyfields area of Harrogate, without reasonable excuse in contravention of a three-month closure order made in respect of the property by York Magistrates Court on May 8.

The order bans anyone from living at the house during that period.
The offences are alleged to have happened on May 15.
Both women will return to Harrogate Magistrates Court for trial on October 16.
