Business Awards sponsor calls on companies to nominate the 'glue' in their team

Mr Rycroft is chief executive of Harrogate-based dementia care specialist Vida Healthcare, which is sponsoring the Employee Appreciation category at the forthcoming Stray Ferret Business Awards.
This award is designed to recognise the person who is the ‘glue’ of the team – the one who is not only integral to the daily functioning of the business, but also brings a personal touch that makes it that bit brighter.
