Safeguarding officers in Leeds are trying to locate a Harrogate man wanted for stalking.
West Yorkshire Police yesterday (January 5) said Joseph Lumb, 37, is wanted on suspicion of offences of stalking and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, which are reported to have happened in Leeds.
Officers have been trying to locate Lumb since June last year.
The statement added:
His last known address was in the Harrogate area. It is believed that he is aware he is wanted and is evading the police.
If anyone has seen Joseph Lumb or has any other information that could assist the police in their continued enquiries to locate him, they are asked to contact Leeds Adult Safeguarding Unit via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/livechat or by calling 101. Alternatively, information can be provided to independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or passing on information online.
