Nighttime roadworks will affect two streets close to Harrogate town centre for 14 days starting next week.
Work will take place from 7pm until midnight on Tower Street and Belford Road. West Park Multi-Storey Car Park will be closed and several businesses as well as residents face disruption.
A full road closure will be enforced during work.
North Yorkshire Council will carry out the work in two phases, starting on Tuesday (August 26).
Phase one includes the junction with the A61 to the junction of Robert Street to the Tower Street link road.
Phase two is from the end of phase one to Victoria Avenue.
• Phase 1 - Kerbing and footway works to commence on August 26 for four days.
• Phase 2 – Civil engineering work to commence September 1 for 5 days.
• Phase 1 - Surfacing works to commence on 8th September for 3 days.
• Phase 2 - Surfacing works to commence on 11th September for 2 days.
