Boroughbridge Summer Fête is taking place this bank holiday Monday.
Organised by Boroughbridge Lions, a charity that serves the local community, there will be plenty to see and do, from seeing birds of prey to listening to live music and outdoor games such as welly wanging to a bouncy castle.
Attendees can drink and dine from the food and drinks stalls.

Enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of Hambleton Brewery in Ripon on Saturday, where you can sample a variety of craft beers and learn about the brewing process.
The family- and dog-friendly event will feature live music by the band The Bootleggers, and there will also be street food available to buy. Children will love the outdoor games and the bouncy castle.

Harrogate’s Big Weekender is taking place this bank holiday weekend.
The family-friendly festival will be held on The Stray in Harrogate and is a brand-new event for 2025 featuring live music, licensed bars, thrill rides, children’s entertainment, circus workshops, street food and special guests.
Organised by Crow Leisure Group, who also run Santa’s Christmas Funland at Harrogate’s Yorkshire Event Centre, the festival will feature various acts, including DJ Justin Wilkes, Wideboys Eddie Craig, Ultrabeat with Rebecca Rudd and more.
There will also be a dinosaur invasion day on Monday, May 26.
