A658 between Huby and Pool-in-Wharfedale closed
A main road that links Harrogate and Pool-in-Wharfedale is currently closed.
The A658 between Huby and Pool-in-Wharfedale is shut, according to a statement issued by Leeds Bradford Airport this morning (April 9).
It said:
Thursday 9th April 09:00: The A658 between Huby and Pool-in-Wharfedale is currently closed.
Customers travelling to the airport from Harrogate, or those who would usually use the A658, are advised to divert via the A61 through Harewood. Please allow extra time for your journey to LBA.
It's not yet clear why the road has been shut.
When the Stray Ferret asked North Yorkshire Police for more information about the road closure, the force said it "doesn't provide statements on road-traffic collisions or traffic problems".
