North Yorkshire Police is appealing for information about a burglary near Ripon last weekend.
A police statement today (October 2) said two males forced their way into Dales Water Services in Melmerby by breaking a gate.
The incident took place at about 9pm on Sunday (September 28),
Dales Water Services, which is based on Witherick Lane, provides private water supplies and water well drilling to customers
The statement said:
We’re particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a light-coloured saloon car in the area, which the suspects used to arrive and leave the scene.
