If there’s one member of your company’s team who stands out and deserves to be recognised, we’d like to hear from you – and so would James Rycroft.
Mr Rycroft is chief executive of Harrogate-based dementia care specialist Vida Healthcare, which is sponsoring the Employee Appreciation category at the forthcoming Stray Ferret Business Awards.
This award is designed to recognise the person who is the ‘glue’ of the team – the one who is not only integral to the daily functioning of the business, but also brings a personal touch that makes it that bit brighter.
Mr Rycroft told us:
Vida Healthcare consider their workforce to be most important part of their service and recognising staff is fundamentally important.
This is why we are so delighted to be sponsoring the Employee Appreciation award – so we can support and recognise companies that put staff at the centre of their operations.
The Stray Ferret Business Awards, which are once again sponsored by Harrogate-based financial adviser Prosperis, recognise the brightest and best of the region’s business talent across all sectors.
They are open to entrants from across the Harrogate district, including Boroughbridge, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Masham, Nidderdale, Ripon and the surrounding areas.
To enter Business of the Year or any of the other categories, go to the Stray Ferret Business Awards page of our website, here. It's quick, easy and free of charge.
The winners will be announced to 350 guests at a superb black-tie event in the Pavilions of Harrogate on March 26.
