Two cars were “extensively damaged” near a farm close to Masham.

North Yorkshire Police today said two vehicles – a silver pickup and a white Audi – were damaged near Manor House Farm in Fearby.

The statement said the cars were discovered on May 30, but the incident is believed to have happened as far back as May 26.

The force is now appealing for information on any suspicious activity, vehicles or people seen in the area of Manor House Farm between May 26 and May 30.

It added:

Please email gareth.skelton@northyorkshire.police.uk if you have any information that could help our investigation.

Alternatively, you can call North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask for 518, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.
