A stretch of Harrogate town centre’s main shopping street is up for auction, with a guide price of £2.1 million.
The property on Cambridge Street is currently home to Bodycare and Pandora’s new shop, as well as a phone shop kiosk and a storage unit.
The property contains three units.
The three units are fully let on 10-year leases – the latest starting in October 2024 – and provide an annual rent of £207,000.
The residential units above the parade of shops are not included in the sale.
The property is due to be sold on Thursday, May 15 through a live-streamed auction by London-based property agent Acuitus. Interested parties should register fo rthe auction via Acuitus' website.
