Plans to build 83 homes off Whinney Lane in Harrogate have been revealed.
Leaflets have been posted to residents in the Harlow Hill area notifying them of plans to construct the homes on land next to the Squinting Cat pub.
The logos of developer Quarters Lite and agent Carter Jonas are included in the leaflet.
According to Companies House, Quarters Lite is based at Felliscliffe and has Jason Clay as its sole director.
The leaflet asks for comments by December 16, before a planning application is submitted to North Yorkshire Council. Further detail is expected then.
The leaflet says:
The proposals seek full planning permission for the construction of 83 dwellings, with access, landscaping, open spaces and a wetland alongside Clark Beck, on land off Whinney Lane.

It adds the scheme “responds well to the site, the local area and its surroundings”.
This development is part of a patchwork of sites being developed for housing in west Harrogate stretching from RHS Harlow Carr to Yew Tree Lane.
About 10,000 people are expected to move into 4,000 new homes by the time the homes are completed.
